How To Book a Free Class

Bindner Academy limits class sizes for high quality instruction and student safety, and often has a waiting list for some programs. Follow these steps to book your free trial class.

STEP 1: Schedule a visit to observe a group class.

STEP 2: During your visit, we will answer any questions.

STEP 3: Schedule a complimentary trial lesson.

 

ADULT Class Descriptions:

FJJ (FUSION JIU-JITSU)

Protect yourself and gain confidence with our practical self-defence program, designed to teach you real-world techniques and tactics to stay safe in any situation. Our expert instructors will show you how to defend against common attacks, escape dangerous situations, and build the mindset to avoid threats altogether. With a focus on simplicity and effectiveness, our class is perfect for anyone looking to boost their self-defense skills and feel more secure in their daily life. BJJ (BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU)

Develop skills in "the game of human chess". These classes build a rock-solid foundation in movement, mechanics, and strategy — the key to improving both your self-defence and athletic performance. Through focused drills and live training, you’ll learn to flow from position to position, anticipate your opponent’s next move, and sharpen your timing and control. Discover how powerful the basics can be — and watch your grappling skills grow exponentially.

EJJ (EXECUTIVE JIU-JITSU)

Train smarter, not harder. Designed for students aged 35 and older, this program focuses on longevity, efficiency, and mechanics of the art. Build your mobility, flexibility, endurance, and technical precision while learning how to roll safely and sustainably. Whether you’re new to Brazilian Jiu-jitsu or returning after time away, this is the perfect space to refine your skills, challenge yourself, and enjoy the lifelong journey that Jiu-jitsu offers.

SKB (STRIKING & KICKBOXING)

Learn the core techniques of combative striking and Muay Thai kickboxing, from powerful punches to dynamic kicks, in a high-energy environment that'll push you to new heights. Our expert instructors will guide you through a fun and challenging workout that's perfect for all levels, from beginners to intermediate. Get ready to sweat, build confidence, and unleash your full potential!

Saturdays | 10:00 – 11:00 AM

 

LAB (LIVE TRAINING UP-GRADE)

Take your training to the next level. After every regular 60-minute class, join our optional 30-minute live training LAB Up-grade program — a hands-on deep dive into the mechanics and mindset of Jiu-jitsu. Here you’ll explore techniques in greater detail, then test them in freestyle rolling against a fully resisting partner. The LAB is where learning becomes experience — refine your skills, experiment with new strategies, and truly make the art your own.
