Over 35 classes: Tuesdays & Fridays | 12:00 NOON – 1:00 PM
Regular adult classes 18+: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8:00 – 9:00 PM
Daytime private sessions are available on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
