What is the FWC?

The FWC is a unique, adventure-based obstacle course that focuses on martial skill, functional movement, and leadership acumen. Created for leaders and warrior athletes that believe that they are "Fusion Warrior Strong", and who expect more from themselves and more out of life.

​

At Bindner Academy, a Fusion Warrior is able to run, jump, lift and move load, make quick decisions under pressure, protect themselves, their families, and way of life, while leading through adversity with compassion, grace and intelligence.

​

Who is the FWC for?

Any adult 18+ who wishes to test their warrior leadership skills, work past their perceived limits, and discover what they are capable of under pressure.

 

The Fusion Warrior Challenge will test your:

• Physical readiness

• Mental toughness/focus

• Emotional control/resilience

• Martial skill/application

• Leadership acumen

• Warrior spirit

How It Works:

The FWC is limited to 4 teams of two, competing for time and points, during an 8 station indoor/outdoor obstacle course. FWC is divided into two age categories; Young Warriors (ages 18 to 34) and Wise Warriors (ages 35 +).

What's Involved:

Warriors must be physically and mentally able, and be willing to be pushed beyond their own  perceived limits. Teams of two compete for the best time and accumulative points to earn the highly esteemed "Fusion Warrior" gold, silver, and bronze medal in each category. Within the 8 stations, you will experience running, functional movement exercises, pad work, stand-up sparring, ground grappling, lifting and moving load, and a fine motor skill challenge.

What Is Required to Register:

• Be in good physical and mental health

• Be of good moral character

• A reliable teammate

• A positive attitude

• Cash or e-transfer

• Humility

• Grit

• Running shoes

• Athletic shorts

• Sparring gear

• Mouth guard

• Water bottle

• Work gloves

• Rash guard

• Towel
