Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a combat grappling sport that is referred to as “the human chess game". It is played mostly on the ground, and is based on the practical application of technique and leverage to overcome an opponent. It does not rely on strength, size, or speed, but rather on the intelligent use of strategy and technique to overcome such physical attributes. What is required is stamina, technique and spirit. Weekly classes will help improve physical toughness, emotional control, and strategic thinking skills, while offering an intensive workout regime with some self-defense applications. By combining cardiovascular training with natural bodyweight resistance training, adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students push their bodies hard and learn what they are capable of.

Personal and group classes available in physical distancing and on-line for adults 15+.
Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8-9pm, and Saturday mornings at 10-11am.
